At Cirque du Soleil, she developed her expertise in employer branding and human resources marketing. A graduate of an industrial relations program, Simon has over 18 years of recruitment experience. Having spent the greater part of his career working for technology companies, Simon has developed a keen understanding of the importance of a compelling talent attraction strategy, making him a pioneer in his field in Montreal. He also broadened his experience by working in several other sectors, including video games, engineering, pharmaceutical and banking. Simon advocates innovative approaches and is always on the lookout for new technologies. His understanding of workplace dynamics, patience, and boldness are his key assets.
